I have integrated Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into couples therapy. This is a differentiation-meets-psychological flexibility approach that helps couples and individuals become more flexible and intentional in their relationships.

The combination of ACT and Crucible Therapy within The ACT Crucible is quite exciting. It creates a sense of freedom in the relationship and opens space for greater equality, autonomy, acceptance, commitment, and values.

The result is more efficient relationships, less heaviness, and conflict becomes less draining. This creates more time and energy to focus on what matters and transform the relationship into an energizer.
